    The Scriptwriters’ Lab is where Jamaica’s boldest voices in theatre begin their journey. Focused on the craft of storytelling for the stage, this lab guides aspiring and established writers through the process of developing compelling scripts—from concept to curtain call. With mentorship from industry professionals, participants explore character development, dialogue, structure, and the unique power of musical theatre as a storytelling form.

    The JMTC Imaginorium is a creative hub and makers’ lab dedicated to the world of theatre and live events. Home to decades of costumes, props, and set pieces from JMTC’s storied productions, the Imaginorium blends innovation and sustainability—offering a space for crafting, storage, rentals, and training. It’s where imagination is preserved, repurposed, and brought to life, powering the next generation of stage and event creatives.
